(Vallejo, California – December 13, 2017) – Cal Maritime's Women in Maritime Leadership Conference is set for March 2-3, and this year it will feature women who know a lot about trailblazing, competition, and succeeding at the highest level.

Mary O. Andrews and Marilyn King are Olympians who inspire and equip people to recognize and activate the Olympian within. Our featured presenters will focus their expertise on the conference goals of supporting the success of women in maritime, transportation, and related industries. 
 
Andrews, is a professional certified coach and president of Andrews Performance Corporation. This is Andrews' second year speaking at the conference.

King is a two-time Olympic Pentathlete, peak performance expert, and peace enthusiast.

Women in Maritime Leadership is Cal Maritime's seventh annual leadership conference for women. The event is open to all, and features programming for high school STEM students, college students, recent graduates, and professionals. Women in Maritime Leadership offers opportunities for career and leadership development and productive networking for women and those who support them. 
 
The conference attracts college students, alumni, current professionals, ship operators and owners, government representatives and industry officials.
